Posting Policy

• Printed Flyers:
  • Flyers must be 8.5”x11” or 11”x17” (no half or quarter sheets).
  • Flyers should only be posted in designated areas.
  • Only one flyer per posting area.
  • Flyers are removed once the event date has passed.
  • Flyers cannot be posted on doors, windows, entryways, stairwells, or elevators.
• Door-to-Door Advertising:
  • Door-to-door solicitation is not allowed.
  • Email residentialliving@georgetown.edu for approval to distribute materials.
• Collection Bins & Drives:
  • Generally not allowed without approval.
  • Approved student groups must work with Residential Living staff for collection times and locations.
