4 Year Guarantee

Want to Live on Campus Senior Year? Your Housing Is Guaranteed.

Georgetown students are required to live on campus for their first three years. And starting immediately, if you want to stay on campus for your senior year, we guarantee that university housing will be available to you.

That means you don’t need to sign an off-campus lease a year or two in advance because you’re worried you won’t have a place to live near campus. You have the option to stay right here at Georgetown.

We want seniors to remain an important part of our residential community. Living on campus means staying close to friends, classes, campus activities, and everything that is part of the Georgetown experience—without the uncertainty that can come with securing an off-campus lease.

If living off campus is the experience you want for your senior year, that remains an option. But you don’t have to move off campus simply because you’re becoming a senior.

If you want to stay, you’ll have a place at Georgetown.
