Restricted Items in Residential Communities

• Candles & incense
• Electrical cooking appliances (except those specified).
• Explosives including firecrackers
• Extension cords & multiple outlet plugs
• Gasoline-powered bikes (e.g., mopeds, motorcycles)
• Halogen lamps
• Hot tubs
• Kerosene lamps
• Lithium-ion battery devices (e.g., e-scooters, e-bikes, hoverboards)
• Pets and other non-approved animals
• Private grills/hibachis (outside designated areas)
• Space heaters
• Waterbeds
• Weapons
• Satellite dishes

Empty Containers

Residents are permitted to have 2 empty alcohol containers per residential unit (not per person). Residential Living staff will request residents to recycle/dispose of containers that exceed the limit. Each single residential unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) empty decorative alcohol bottles, regardless of the individual age of resident(s) assigned to the space.
