Outdoor Informal Gathering Policy

• Eligible Areas: Village A, Alumni Square, LXR/Nevils.
• Gathering Limits:
  • Maximum of 15 people.
  • Underage students can attend but may not consume alcohol.
  • Alcohol permitted: Wine and beer (no hard alcohol).
  • No glass bottles, kegs, or alcohol paraphernalia allowed.
• Sound: Amplified sound must end at the start of quiet hours:
  • Sunday-Thursday: 10 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: Midnight
• Other Rules:
  • Students are encouraged to notify the RA on duty about gatherings.
  • Disruptive gatherings may be dispersed or moved inside.
