Security Deposits

• Housing Deposit: $200 annually for all students.
• Refunds: Deposits are refunded minus:
  • Damages
  • Unreturned keys
• Refund Process:
  • Refunds are credited back to the student’s account.
  • Refunds are processed within 45 days after the end of the academic year.
