Bicycles & Mobility Devices
- Outdoor bike racks are available across campus. Students must bring their own locks and are prohibited from locking bikes to railings, lampposts, or safety ramps.
- Bicycles should not be stored in hallways or common areas; they may be kept in rooms with roommate approval.
- The Georgetown University Police Department offers bicycle registration.
Georgetown University prohibits the storage of all micro-mobility devices equipped with lithium-ion batteries including but not limited to, e-scooters, e-bikes, and hoverboards. If a device is found in a residential building it will immediately be removed.
