Conference Lead

This leadership role is ideal for young professionals interested in gaining experience in supervising teams, managing and building relationships with clients, and managing teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with a diverse array of clients both internal and external to the university. Hone in on problem solving skills while working in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Operations Lead

This leadership role oversees the daily operations of the Summer Conferences team. As the primary point of contact for building inspections and other critical projects, the Operations Lead is responsible for collaborating across teams in order to coordinate and oversee the inspections of all summer housing accommodations.

Marketing Lead

This dynamic student leader will be responsible for ensuring the development of high-quality, brand consistent materials for the summer conference team. From managing the summer content calendar to delegating tasks to the marketing assistant team, this role is perfect for emerging leaders looking for a rewarding role with plenty of room to cultivate their own creative vision.

Conference Assistant

In this adaptable customer service role, you will have the opportunity to assist a diverse client base of over 8,000+ summer guests. Leverage this opportunity to hone in on problem solving and communications skills. Enjoy working alongside a team of over 100+ student and professional staff members.

Marketing Assistant

Are you interested in building your design portfolio and gaining marketable experience in multimedia content creation? If so, the Residential Living team would love to hear from you! We’re hiring a student Marketing Assistant to fill this exciting role. As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to ideate interactive social media campaigns, design community-minded posters, hone in on your photographic eye, and more.

Summer Office Assistant

Ideal for a self-motivated and communications-focused individual, this position is responsible for supporting a full range of processes related to the housing assignments. From being a first responder to incoming calls and walk-in requests, to maintaining the summer housing email account, this position is foundational to our summer conference team’s operative success. Gain critical problem-solving skills in this fast-paced role.
