Summer 2024 Student Hiring Information

Join our Academic Year Residential Living team & help students feel at home on campus! Please note: Appointment terms, compensation and responsibilities vary with each position. Below are timelines for the primary hiring processes through our office.

HIRING TIMELINE: EARLY START ROLES

• Applications Open: November 7, 2023 at 11:59 a.m. ET
• Priority Applications Deadline: March 12 , 2024 at 11:59 a.m. ET
• Application Review/Interviews: Rolling basis until priority applications close
• Positions Start Date: April 3, 2024

HIRING TIMELINE: SUMMER START ROLES

• Applications Open: January 8, 2024 at 11:59 a.m. ET
• Priority Applications Deadline: March 25 , 2024 at 11:59 a.m. ET
• Application Review/Interviews: Begins March 26, 2024
• Group Interview process: Interview invitations will be extended to selected applicants. Interviews are scheduled the week of April 8, 2024.
• Positions Start Date: May 1, 2024

Late applications may be accepted on a rolling basis until May 1st. Please keep in mind some positions may be filled after the Priority round of hiring and no longer available for late applicants.
