Living Learning Communities
Live with students who share your passions. Learn alongside engaged faculty. Connect through events, activities, and conversations that spark collaboration and deepen friendships. This is where classroom discussions continue over dinner and academic growth happens naturally.
What is a Living Learning Community?
Living Learning Communities (LLCs) are unique residential spaces where students can explore their passions while building meaningful connections with peers and faculty. Through social events, educational activities, and moments of reflection, LLCs extend learning beyond the classroom and foster a supportive environment for personal and academic growth. These communities are designed to spark collaboration, deepen conversations, and celebrate the learning that happens in everyday campus life.
At Georgetown, all Living Learning Communities (LLCs) are guided by three core goals:
All Living Learning Communities (LLCs) require an application, which can be completed through Hoya Housing. Both new and returning students must submit an application each year to be considered for membership.
