Fall 2025

We’re excited to share that the Fall 2025 New & Transfer Student Move-in is scheduled for Thursday August 21 & Friday August 22, 2025. Learn about our New Student Orientation activities on the New Student Orientation website!

Spring 2026

We’re excited to share that the Spring 2026 Move-In is scheduled for Monday, January 5th at 10AM ET.

If you are a new student for spring semester (new student, returning from Study Abroad or Leave of Absence), please review the Housing Handbook for further details about spring housing.

Move-in carts are not available to be reserved in advance, but can be checked out from the Harbin 104 Key Room for use.

Parking is not permitted near residential facilities during weekdays. Vehicles may be ticketed by the Office of Transportation Management. Vehicles should plan to park in the Southwest Garage. On weekend days, parking may be permitted near the residential facilities depending on what is occurring on campus. Vehicles should plan to park in a campus garage. If parked on the roads surrounding the buildings, someone should plan to remain with the vehicle who can move the vehicle if required.
