Georgetown students paying for May Transition Housing
May Transition Housing runs from May 12-June 2, 2019. Academic year housing ends 12pm (noon) on Sunday, May 12, 2019. Any student who wishes to stay on-campus past this date must sign-up for May Transition Housing unless they are a graduating senior. Graduating Seniors may stay in their academic year housing until 12pm (noon) on Monday, May 20, 2019.

The application for May Transition Housing opens at 12pm on April 4 until 12pm on April, 2018. You can access the application on your Hoya Housing page, here.
**If your housing is sponsored by a University Department, confirm with that department to ensure your housing is sponsored.
Georgetown Departments & Offices sponsoring May Transition Housing
If a department is paying for the student, the department contact must sign the student up for May Transition Housing. Email email@example.com. The Department Excel spreadsheets are emailed on March 1, 2018; deadline to submit is March 23, 2018 by 12pm.

Pre-Session Housing is available students enrolled in pre-session courses. All students are initially charged tax. Students who who stay continuously on campus from spring 2019 semester or into summer housing for 90 days of continuous housing can have tax refunded if they provide proof of enrollment in a Pre-Session course by 12pm June 21, 2019 via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
