Living Learning Communities (LLCs)

Living Learning Communities (LLCs) are residential spaces where students can explore their passions through social, educational, and reflective activities. These communities extend learning beyond the classroom, encouraging faculty-student interaction and promoting valuable residential experiences. Georgetown offers six active LLCs for the 2023-2024 academic year, focused on themes like academic interests, service learning, social justice, inclusion, interfaith work, and more.

Residency Requirement

Georgetown University requires all undergraduate students to live on campus during their first, sophomore, and junior years unless exempted by the Director of Residential Services or designee.

All students living in on-campus housing are bound by the terms of the Housing Occupancy Agreement, which can be found in the Hoya Housing Portal.
