Summer Conference Lead
Take charge of daily conference operations and develop your management skills in this high-impact leadership role. You’ll oversee the planning and execution of summer housing for campus guests, represent Georgetown’s commitment to exceptional service, and work directly with Summer Operations Coordinators. This position requires full availability and flexibility, with the opportunity to take up to 3 credits per session.
Summer Marketing Lead
Own creative projects from concept to execution while building a professional portfolio that sets you apart. You’ll lead marketing campaigns that shape how thousands of summer visitors experience Georgetown, developing real-world skills in content creation, digital marketing, brand management, and strategic communications. Work alongside campus professionals invested in your growth and gain experience that translates directly to your future career.

Summer Conference Assistant
Be the welcoming face of Georgetown while mastering operational excellence. You’ll conduct residential space inspections, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle a diverse range of customer service and administrative tasks—from conducting campus tours to maintaining building signage. Perfect for detail-oriented students who enjoy variety and direct guest interaction.
Summer Ops Office Assistant
Serve as the central hub of our Summer Conferences operation as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. You’ll provide professional customer service, manage office communications and mail flow, maintain inventory and supplies, and support the Coordinator for Summer Operations with essential administrative tasks. Ideal for organized multitaskers with strong interpersonal skills.
Summer Office Assistant – Harbin 100
Become the backbone of ResLiving’s daily operations as the first point of contact for students, families, and university partners. You’ll manage all incoming calls and walk-ins, maintain critical housing assignment records, respond to the ResLiving email account, and support the Housing Operations team with data requests and documentation. Perfect for self-motivated problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at de-escalating challenging situations, and take pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
