Summer Student & Intern Housing

The Summer Operations team offers housing to Georgetown University enrolled students taking summer classes (Summer Student) and Georgetown students & external individuals participating in local internships (Intern Housing).

All individuals are housed in campus apartments and townhouses. Below is a list of the residential complexes utilized for individual summer housing. You can view photos and building amenities by clicking on the residential complexes below.

*Only individuals actively enrolled in Georgetown courses can live in University-owned Townhouses. There are no exceptions to this.

All applications go live at 12PM (noon), ET on February 26, 2024.

Applications close 2 weeks before the start of each term.

Georgetown Student Summer School Housing

Georgetown Summer School Housing is for students enrolled in summer classes at Georgetown. We assign all students taking summer classes with other enrolled GU students in apartments or townhouses. All housing is double occupancy only unless a student has an approved accommodation request. We do accept roommate requests; Please indicate first and last name of desired roommate within the application when prompted. Both or all parties must write each others names in their own applications in order to be assigned as roomates.

Application will be available on Hoya Housing beginning 12 PM ET February 26, 2024.

Students who require a new accommodation request on the basis of their disability, to their housing must apply before the start of their summer housing term to allow time for processing. Please contact archousing@georgetown.edu for more information on applying for housing accommodations.

Summer Intern Housing: On The Hilltop

Our summer intern housing offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the scenic beauty of campus while accessing the exciting opportunities across DC. This living option is perfect for interns working in the surrounding Georgetown area, offering a safe and inclusive housing option for emerging professionals and passionate scholars. Enjoy access to a variety of university buildings and resources, including the Gym at Yates Field house and study spaces across campus. Even beyond the charm and connection of Georgetown, our intern housing provides a unique opportunity to explore DC in your own backyard. Summer Intern Housing: Downtown

Is your internship in downtown DC?
